About us

Lloyd Management Group is owned and operated by Denise Lloyd. Denise is a certified human resources professional and management consultant with experience in a variety of non-profit and small business settings, an international and national career development trainer with over 15 years of senior management experience.

Denise is skilled at determining the needs of a group or organization and translating those needs into action, making the connection between the desired outcome and the steps necessary to achieve the overall goal.

Her passion is to provide leadership to organizations as they engage in designing their future. Throughout her career, Denise has developed her skills as a specialist in performance improvement and organizational development. This work encompasses a range of services from project management to management coaching to event planning to strategic leadership activities.

In one example, Denise spearheaded the design and development of the BC Certified Career Development Practitioner certification process in BC and has been published in the Canadian Standards and Guidelines Promising Practices Booklet for her work with the Canadian Standards and Guidelines initiatives.  In another example, Denise provided exemplary leadership to a non-profit organization as they completed their 20 year tenure in the community as a social services provider.

Denise is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), the Career Management Association of BC, the Community Social Planning Council of Greater Victoria and the BC Human Resource Management Association (BC HRMA).
